C’eravamo già stati da Vyta lo scorso anno, in un afoso giorno di metà agosto a Roma, per pranzo.
E siamo rimasti talmente stupiti dalla qualità del cibo servito, dall’incredibile servizio raffinato e dalla bellezza del ristorante che quando abbiamo dovuto decidere dove portare i nostri rispettivi genitori fuori a cena per farli incontrare per la prima volta, abbiamo pensato che Vyta sarebbe stata la scelta perfetta.
La cena è stata eccellente, tutte le nostre aspettative sono state confermate e anche i feedback generali raccolti dai nostri genitori sono stati particolarmente positivi.
Il servizio si è aperto con un Bignè alla Carbonara, per celebrare il #carbonaraday. Crema di pecorino dentro e fuori, con un crumble di Guanciale.
Abbiamo ordinato 4 dei 5 antipasti del menu, da condividere. Il polpo era sicuramente il migliore, ma tutti erano a loro modo deliziosi.
Non ho potuto resistere all’idea di ordinare l’Amatriciana come piatto principale (era favolosa). Abbiamo ordinato tutti un piatto principale diverso e condiviso alla fine due dessert.
Non posso descrivere quanto eravamo felici alla fine. La cena è stata eccellente, la serata si è conclusa senza sorprese e, cosa più importante, i nostri genitori si sono piaciuti.
Abbiamo raccomandato Vyta Enoteca regionale del Lazio già una volta, ma non posso trattenermi dal farlo di nuovo. Eccellente, conveniente e situato nel pieno centro di a Roma. Cos’altro si può desiderare?!

We’ve been here before..last year for lunch. And we were amazed by the quality of the food served at Vyta, the incredible fine service and the beauty of the restaurant.
So, when we had to decide where to bring our respective parents out for dinner to let them meet for the first time ever, we thought Vyta would have been perfect.
The dinner was excellent, all our expectations were confirmed and the overall feedbacks collected from our parents were also particularly positive.
The service opened with a Carbonara style Bignè, to celebrate the #carbonaraday. Pecorino cream inside and out, with a crumble of Guanciale .
We ordered 4 out of the 5 starters of the menu, to share. The octopus was definitely the best but all of them were delicious.
I couldn’t resist to the idea of having the Amatriciana as main course (it was delicious). We all had a different main course and shared at the end two desserts.
I can’t describe how happy we were at the end. The dinner was excellent, the night was running out as planned and, most importantly , our parents liked each other.
I recommend @vytaenotecalazio once already, but I can’t help to do this again. Excellent, convenient and located centrally in Rome. What else!?
